Olivia is Co-Head of the Client Projects team within Addleshaw Goddard's Innovation Group. Joining the firm in 2015, Olivia has also completed a legal technology focused training contract, qualifying as a lawyer in the Innovation & Legal Technology team.
Olivia now specialises in leveraging market-leading legal technology tools to scope and deliver bespoke, innovative solutions which enhance the delivery of legal services for clients. In particular, she drives the use of legal technology on large-scale projects, in collaboration with key stakeholders across a wide range of practice areas.
Olivia's role includes the implementation of AI technologies, exploring process optimisation, and leading on the design and build of tailored digital client portals to support project management, matter management, data analysis, and document automation across a variety of workstreams.
