Jodie's recent work includes:

• Scottish Account Manager for Asda, where she provided strategic advice on the landmark £645m sale and leaseback of 25 supermarkets to Realty Income—one of the UK’s largest real estate transactions in 2023—and continues to lead asset management across Asda’s £12bn property portfolio.
• Leading the acquisition of a portfolio of multi-let office buildings in central Edinburgh for an overseas client with a combined value in excess of £20m, and managing ongoing asset optimisation for these properties.
• Advising Realty Income and British Land on diverse asset management issues, delivering tailored solutions to support their investment strategies.
• Acting as Account Manager for Caledonian Maritime Assets Limited, overseeing the asset management of ports and harbours throughout Scotland, including the voluntary registration of over 20 harbours, and providing expert guidance on acquisitions, disposals, occupational lettings, and complex title investigations.
• Managing the account for Indigo Power, a leading utilities company, where she heads a team responsible for negotiating and implementing substation acquisitions and wayleave agreements, and strategically deploying legal technology to enhance client service delivery.
