Diane is a Managing Associate in the Real Estate team. Diane's experience is wide ranging and varies from advising on commercial property acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing, option agreements and commercial M&A transactions. Diane's works closely with specialisms across the firm including corporate, energy, tax, and competition.
Prior to joining the firm, Diane spent 5 years working in the Real Estate department of a leading Irish law firm and, prior to that practiced, in New York.

- An Irish developer, on acquisitions of high value investment portfolio properties.
- An energy company, on managing its property portfolio.
- An energy company on managing its option agreements and leases and licences across Ireland.
- Working with the Corporate department on numerous high profile M&A transactions, feeding into all elements of the property portion of the transactions.
- On large commercial transactions, assisting companies to comply with property related elements of the CCPC requirements.
- Managing the leasing portfolios of international and national private entities.
