Charlotte is an Associate specialising in social housing finance and real estate finance. Charlotte has a range of experience acting for lenders on the property aspects of charging large portfolios of properties for bank lending, bond issues, private placements and refinancing, including the negotiation of certificates of title, preparing due diligence documentation and ensuring compliance with conditions precedent. Charlotte also has experience acting for institutional investors, advising them and other local authorities, quasi- public bodies and other property companies on all types of commercial property-based transactions.
