Addleshaw Goddard named one of The Times Top 50 Employers for gender equality 2025
International law firm Addleshaw Goddard has once again been recognised as one of The Times Top 50 Employers for Gender Equality 2025.
Published in partnership with Business in the Community (BITC), this annual list highlights organisations that are leading the way in promoting gender equality and inclusivity in the workplace.
This is the 16th time in 17 years that Addleshaw Goddard has earned a place on this prestigious list. With only nine law firms among the 50 employers recognised in 2025, the firm’s inclusion underscores its leading position in advancing gender equality within the legal profession.
The firm’s recognition is based on its unwavering commitment to tackle gender inequality through flexible working policies, family-friendly initiatives, and a commitment to fair pay, reward, and career progression.
Among the initiatives driving this success is the long-standing ‘How to Flourish’ programme, which supports women’s progression to senior roles. In recent years, the programme has taken on an altruistic dimension by partnering with organisations like Women4Women to encourage delegates to give back to women in need. Addleshaw Goddard also runs the highly successful Parental Pods programme, offering support and connection to colleagues across all offices returning from any type of parental leave.
BITC, which has managed The Times Top 50 Employers for Gender Equality for 15 years, champions equality for all genders, including those who do not identify as a gender. The list celebrates organisations actively working to close gaps in pay and progression through targeted action plans.
