Addleshaw Goddard has advised mBank on its co-financing of the acquisition of the Zaułek Piękna office building in Warsaw by Syrena Real Estate, a Warsaw-based investment and management real estate company.

Located in Warsaw’s city centre, Zaułek Piękna comprises over 8,100 sqm of office space and 700 sqm of retail and service space. The building is planned to be repositioned into a landmark property to meet the demands of modern office and commercial spaces, as well as stimulate the process of revitalising the surrounding area. The acquisition marks a continuation of Syrena Real Estate’s strategy to modernise existing office buildings.

The transaction was led by Maciej Chęciński (managing associate, banking and finance), supported by Helena Grzywaczewska (junior associate, banking and finance). Due diligence was conducted by Zuzanna Lipska (managing associate, real estate).
