Addleshaw Goddard advises Luca Learning Systems on closing a USD 7.5 million Series A funding round

International law firm Addleshaw Goddard has advised Luca Learning Systems, the fastest-growing EdTech company in Latin America, on the closing of a Series A funding round worth USD 7.5 million, bringing the company’s total funding to USD 13 million.

Addleshaw Goddard has advised Luca in all its previous funding rounds. With this transaction, the company strengthens its position as a leader in educational innovation and technological development, marking a new milestone in its strategy for international expansion into new markets.

The highly oversubscribed round was led by 6 Degrees Capital and included Explorer, alongside continued support from existing investors such as Heartcore Capital and Shilling VC.
