Addleshaw Goddard advised Rémy Cointreau on its debut EUR 200 million Schuldschein issuance
Paris, Thursday, November 6, 2025 - Rémy Cointreau has successfully completed its first private placement under the Schuldschein format, raising a total of EUR 200 million.
Addleshaw Goddard acted as legal counsel to Rémy Cointreau on its inaugural EUR 200 million Schuldscheindarlehen, comprising both fixed and floating-rate tranches with maturities of three and five years.
Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft and Natixis S.A. acted as joint coordinators.
This transaction supports Rémy Cointreau’s strategy to actively manage its funding needs, enhance its financial flexibility and diversify its financing sources. The net proceeds will be allocated to the general corporate purposes of the Rémy Cointreau group.
