Addleshaw Goddard has advised EPC Groupe on the reimbursement of its existing bonds and the negotiation and arrangement of a new credit facility. 


EPC Groupe is one of the world’s leaders in explosives manufacture, storage and distribution and in particular drilling and blasting.

The facility includes a confirmed revolving credit facility and a bullet tranche with ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) criteria.
