Simon Catto and Tim Cooper from Addleshaw Goddard will be joined by expert recovery practitioner Bryan Jackson, to explore the restructuring landscape, on-field/off-field sanctions, financial recovery and sustainable growth within sporting organisations.

Sports, Rights and Sustainability

With guests Tom Stanton (CEO, More Than Equal) Amy Marper (Director, SPORTFIVE) and Katie Denver (F1 Academy) AG’s David Alfrey will help to examine the impacts, positive and negative, that sport has. We will explore the opportunities sport has to create financial and sustainable value for the stakeholders in the ecosystem, including in creating lasting cultural change.

"Martyn's Law" - Ensuring Safety and Security at Major Venues

An insight into the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025 - "Martyn's Law" - its implications for venue security, public safety and compliance requirements. In addition to the Sports Ground Safety Authority, Priscilla Addo-Quaye and Abby Housego are delighted to be joined by Figen Murray OBE – Mother of Martyn Hett – and the pioneering force behind Martyn's Law.
