As Covid-19 restrictions ease and many employers contemplate new ways of working, we take a closer look at the key issues for businesses in selecting a hybrid working model and the challenges and opportunities that this presents.

During this 40 minute session, speakers from our Employment, Health and Safety and Data Protection teams will discuss how employers can address challenges such as employee engagement, flexible working, data security and confidentiality and health and safety (including mental health and wellbeing) in a hybrid working environment.
