International Women's Day Celebrations 2026

Please join us to celebrate International Women’s Day (IWD) 2026.

This year’s theme, #GiveToGain, highlights the importance of collaboration, and shared support in advancing gender equality and equity.

Across our UK offices, we will be hosting breakfast networking events featuring notable client and colleague speakers in panel discussions exploring practical actions to drive gender equity with a focus on mentorship, sponsorship, allyship and strategic career development.

As part of our continuing commitment to supporting women in our communities, we are proud to once again support Smart Works, a charity that provides free interview clothing and coaching to help women secure employment and build confidence. We will run a clothes collection drive for them across the month of March in our UK offices.
