Independent Sponsor Forum: Madrid Edition

Building on the success of our previous Independent Sponsor Forums in London (including our largest event to date in May 2026) and our Munich edition in November 2025, Addleshaw Goddard and Headway Capital Partners are pleased to be hosting a special Madrid edition of the Independent Sponsor Forum.

As with previous editions, we will be bringing together independent sponsors and equity and debt providers active in, or interested in, deal-by-deal transactions across Europe. The event will feature an afternoon of market insights and panel discussions focussing on the key opportunities and challenges shaping today's deal-by-deal investment landscape across Europe, including specific developments in the Spanish market.

As noted above, one of the highlights of the event will be the opportunity to connect with the wider European market. Dedicated networking throughout the afternoon and evening will create ample opportunities to strengthen existing relationships and establish valuable new ones. Given past events have been oversubscribed and to allow for as many different firms to participate, attendance will initially be limited to two guests per organisation and may be further restricted depending on demand.
