EXPERTISE
Ole is an Associate in Addleshaw Goddard's Banking & Finance team and the Commercial Group in Germany. He advises national and international clients in particular in the areas of banking & finance, commercial and corporate law as well as national and cross-border M&A transactions. He also has indepth knowledge in the areas of transport and shipping law.
- Education
Prior to joining Addleshaw Goddard, Ole completed an apprenticeship as a freight forwarding agent in Hamburg and remained in that industry. Then, he studied law at the University of Hamburg with a main focus on maritime commercial law. He passed his first state exam in 2018. As part of his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Celle, Ole spent time at renowned law firms in Hamburg from the maritime as well as the general economic sector.
