Caroline is an Associate within the Corporate division, based in our Aberdeen office. She has advised a wide range of clients in the UK and internationally for 10 years including life science businesses, owner-managed businesses, oil and gas sector companies, high net worth individuals, partnerships, shareholders and directors.  She has considerable experience advising clients on the sale and purchase of companies and businesses/assets, corporate re-organisations, joint ventures, and corporate finance. 

Experience

• Acted for a leading national pharmacy business on its disposal of high street and community pharmacy branches to multiple purchasers 
• Acted for two investors in connection with the sale of their entire shareholding pursuant to the sale of the entire issued share capital of a technology company to a US company listed on the Nasdaq exchange
• Acted for a private upstream E&P group in connection with its sale of non-operating interests in oil and gas leases and certain overriding royalty interests located on the Outer Continental Shelf of the United States 
• Acted for a private upstream E&P group on numerous acquisitions of oil and gas licensed interests in the UKCS including the Catcher and Kraken oil fields
• Acted for a private upstream E&P group on its first Oslo bond raise in 2021
• Advised various oil and gas sector companies on joint venture arrangements.
