Philip’s practice focusses on complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, buyouts, strategic investments, divestitures and spin-off transactions. His clients include regional and international investors, private equity and venture capital firms, family offices, corporations, and sovereign wealth funds. Philip has advised on deals globally and throughout the Middle East, in a range of sectors, including healthcare, technology, and energy. Philip is ranked by both Legal500 and Chambers & Partners for M&A/Corporate.

Philip also has a market leading practice in investment funds and management, particularly in the private equity, venture capital and real estate sectors. In this space he also advises on general investment management matters such as fund investments, fund governance and regulatory matters, and is one of only six “Leading Individuals” ranked by Legal500 in the Middle East region.
