Addleshaw Goddard advises OENEO on the establishment of its syndicated loan

Paris, Tuesday, November 12, 2025 – OENEO has refinanced its existing debt and set up a new credit facility as part of a €180 million syndicated loan.

OENEO is a French group listed on Euronext Paris, specialising in the wine and spirits industry, in particular in the production of high-technology cork closures as well as premium barrels and equipment designed for the maturation of wines and spirits.

This syndicated loan, with a maturity of five years, consists of an amortizing term loan and a revolving credit facility (RCF), each amounting to €90 million.
The syndicate is composed of Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A., Banque CIC Sud-Ouest, BNP Paribas, Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel Charente-Maritime Deux-Sèvres, Crédit Lyonnais, and Société Générale.

The Addleshaw Goddard finance team was composed of Charles Tissier (partner), Charles Connesson (managing associate) and Franck Labas.

The lenders were advised by A&O Shearman.
