Addleshaw Goddard LLP is pleased to introduce the "Up to Speed – Public Companies" training programme for newer members of corporate finance teams. The programme comprises six sessions and is structured to cover key aspects of equity capital markets, public M&A, and the ongoing obligations of public companies.
It is designed to ensure those that are relatively new to corporate finance understand the key issues faced by their clients, and also understand what is expected of their own organisations by the various supervisory bodies that scrutinise their conduct, be it as sponsor, nomad or financial adviser.
Each session will be delivered in person, at our offices.The first session will take place on Tuesday 4th November 2025 at 9:00 am (with breakfast served from 8.30am).
There will be three weekly sessions in November, then a break for Christmas, with the final three sessions being delivered in January and February 2026. Each session will last approximately one hour.
