With the drafting of 31 December Annual Reports well underway, the Forum will rehearse the significant areas of change affecting the drafting of Strategic, Governance, Directors' and Remuneration Reports as well as highlighting the issues to consider at your 2020 Annual General Meeting. The speaker panel will comprise the authors of our "Company Secretary's Checklist – The annual report of a listed company" who will consider, among other issues:

• section 172 reporting and stakeholder engagement;
• governance reporting under 2018 UK Corporate Governance Code;
• CEO pay ratio reporting; and
• relevant guidance to be aware of.
