EXPERTISE
Beth is an Associate in our Real Estate Disputes team in Leeds, specialising in real estate dispute resolution. Beth completed her training with the firm and qualified into the Real Estate Disputes team in September 2022.
Beth acts on behalf of institutional investors, advising them on their commercial property portfolios and on issues such as 1954 Act lease renewals, recovery of arrears, dilapidations claims and breach of covenant issues.
Beth also acts for retail occupiers as well as a significant retail owning client with a large shopping centre portfolio.
