Zuzanna is a Polish qualified lawyer (adwokatka) with over 14 years of experience in the real estate law. She has advised international and domestic investors and developers on numerous real estate transactions related to the sale or acquisition of offices, shopping centres, logistics facilities and hotels, including portfolio acquisitions and joint venture agreements. 

Her expertise focuses on the industrial sector. Zuzanna provides advice on the entire development process. She has wide experience in lease agreements negotiations and real estate asset management.

She has extensive expertise regarding insurance policies (title insurance, W&I insurance, as well as other specific insurance policies, including tax risk insurance) within real estate transactions.

Work highlights*

• Prologis: advising on the acquisition of a logistics park in Grodzisk covering nearly 70,000 sqm.
• Hillwood Polska: advising on the acquisition of a logistics park in Gdańsk from funds managed by Blackstone. The logistics park comprises two warehouse buildings, covering nearly 43,000 sqm.
• A global investment firm: advising on the sale of Lipowy Office Park in Warsaw to Futureal. Lipowy Office Park is an office complex comprised of four office buildings, offering nearly 40,000 sqm of leasable area.
• LeadCrest Capital Partners: advising on the €20m acquisition, in a sale and leaseback formula, of a portfolio of three retail assets from 3W S.A. The portfolio, with a total area of 18,200 sqm, comprises two assets in Warsaw and one in Czeladź. 
• Panattoni Europe: advising on a lease agreement for logistics space with a total area of 123,600 sqm for Leroy Merlin.
