Ross is an Associate in the Global Investigations team. 

Ross joined the team in 2023 after completing his training contract at Addleshaw Goddard. Ross has experience advising corporates and individuals in criminal investigations and prosecutions by UK authorities, and in advising individuals and corporates in relation to bringing and defending private prosecutions. Ross has particular expertise relating to the criminal disclosure process. 

Ross' recent experience includes:

  • Acting for a FTSE 100 company in relation to an HMRC investigation into alleged money laundering, misrepresentations, and tax evasion, involving foreign jurisdictions
  • Acting for a individuals bringing private prosecutions relating to alleged fraud and money laundering offences.
  • Acting for an individual in relation to a criminal investigation into alleged money laundering offences.
  • Conducting cross-border investigations into misconduct affecting corporate entities, including suspected fraud, bribery and theft of commercial data.
  • Acting as disclosure officer in multiple private prosecutions, managing the criminal disclosure process.
