Helen is a London based managing associate in the Social Impact, Sustainability and Housing Finance Group at AG. 

Helen acts for all types of private debt funders in the social housing finance market, particular highlights include advising: 

All lenders on their £200,000,000 lend to Hyde Housing Association, including new market entrants, Wells Fargo, as part of a syndicate with Lloyds Bank plc as agent;  

First Abu Dhabi Bank, as a new entrant into the sector, on their facility to Wrekin Housing Trust, incorporating social impact metrics. 

Lloyds Bank plc, National Westminster Bank plc and Santander UK plc, Dexia Credit Local plc and Nationwide Building Society on the refinancing of over £550,000,000 of facilities with Southern Housing Group.

Australian bank Macquarie on their £92,500,000 funding to Tuntum Housing Association via a £42.5m private placement arranged by the bank and £50m directly from Macquarie Infrastructure Debt Investment Solutions. 

Advised Lloyds Bank plc, Scottish Widows plc and Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets plc, Santander UK plc and MUFG Bank Ltd, connection with over £850,000,000 total facilities and ISDA exposure as part of the wider £2.7bn refinancing of Notting Hill Genesis, which was established on the merger of the Genesis and Notting Hill housing groups

Advised all existing lenders Barclays Bank plc, Lloyds Bank plc, Santander Uk Plc, MUFG Bank Ltd and Dexia Credit Local in connection with the merger of Anchor Hanover Group (formed of care homes provider and registered provider, Anchor Trust and Hanover Housing Association)
