Part I: Impact of the new Directive

In advance of the new EU Whistleblowing Directive coming into force in December 2021, we are delighted to invite you to a three part series of virtual roundtables taking a deep dive into the world of whistleblowing across the EU.

Join our employment partners from London, Hamburg, and Paris as they explore the impact of the new EU Whistleblowing Directive, covering:

  • existing rules and processes
  • the existing legal landscape and potential challenges to the Directive
  • the ability of businesses to align their whistleblowing polices and processes across jurisdictions

You will gain a practical insight into how the Directive will impact practice in the three jurisdictions and the extent to which internal policies and procedures spanning different jurisdictions will need to differ to accommodate the wider legal landscape.
