Emma joined Addleshaw Goddard in May 2021 and is an Associate in the London Real Estate Finance team. Emma has expertise in advising both lenders and borrowers across a range of real estate finance transactions including within the investment and development finance space. She also has experience within a number of sectors including retail, hotels, industrial and offices and has worked on a broad spectrum of both domestic and cross-border transactions.
