Dr. Theresa Röttger is a lawyer specializing in competition and regulation / corporate law at the Hamburg office of Addleshaw Goddard. She supports public institutions and private companies in complex procurement processes and advises companies on national and cross-border M&A transactions as well as corporate law issues. 

Prior to joining Addleshaw Goddard in 2023, Theresa Röttger worked at a renowned German white-collar crime law firm. 

Education

Dr. Theresa Röttger studied at the Albert-Ludwigs-University in Freiburg i. Br. and completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Stuttgart. She was admitted to the bar in 2019. In 2023, she was awarded a doctorate by the Eberhard Karls University in Tübingen. 

Prior to joining Addleshaw Goddard as a lawyer, Theresa Röttger worked as a research assistant and later as a lawyer at the Stuttgart office of a renowned German white-collar crime law firm.
