Lesley has substantial experience in advising on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, lettings, development, forward funding, property management and structured real estate transactions with a particular emphasis on institutional investment and development work. 

Lesley also has significant experience of leading, project managing and supervising large transactional teams. Some recent examples are:

• acting for an institutional investment client leading the team dealing with the property aspects of the conversion of an authorised property unit trust into a property authorised investment fund and the subsequent merger of that fund with another property authorised investment fund
• acting for an institutional investment client leading the team dealing with the property aspects of the high value corporate acquisition of a portfolio of twenty two properties and the subsequent refinancing of the properties within the portfolio
• leading the real estate team advising a client on the repayment of their existing banking facilities and novation and restructuring of certain hedging arrangements in relation to their retail park portfolio and the subsequent high value corporate disposal of four of those retail parks
