Expertise

Louise has specialised in contentious real estate matters since joining Addleshaw Goddard's predecessor firm, Booth & Co., in 1995. She was admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2003.

Louise advises a cross-section of landlord, tenant and mortgagee clients on a wide range of issues, from general estate management matters, including lease renewals, service charge disputes and dilapidations claims, to more contentious property related disputes, including break disputes, as well as providing strategic advice to de-risk transactions.

Louise's experience includes acting for fund manager clients on all contentious aspects of their asset management work. She also has expertise in the field of residential tenancies.
