EXPERTISE
Beth is an Associate in our Finance & Projects Group and specialises in the property aspects of social housing finance transactions within the Social, Sustainable and Green finance team, including the charging of large portfolios of properties associated with bond issues, private placements, refinancings and direct charging.
Beth has previously acted for Registered Providers in respect of charging transactions and due diligence exercises, and has advised RPs on some of the largest bond issues in the sector to date. Since joining the firm, Beth has advised banks, security trustees and private placement purchasers on numerous high-value charging transactions.
