Ann is a Managing Associate in our Real Estate Group based in Dublin. She advises on all aspects of property law and has acted on a variety of significant commercial and residential property transactions including advice in relation to the acquisition and disposal of commercial and residential properties, landlord and tenant matters and refinancing. Relevant experience includes:

• Acted for the vendor on the sale of Mount Juliet Hotel and Golf Club. 
• Acted for the vendor of The Marshes Shopping Centre in Dundalk, County Louth in 2023. Prior to the sale, Ann advised the landlord in negotiating commercial leases, licences and variations with the tenants at the shopping centre.
• Advised on the property aspects of the share sale of the Tubs and Tiles business in Ireland. Prior to the sale, Ann reviewed and negotiated various occupational leases, side letters and other documents for properties occupied by the group of companies.
• Advising a leading financial institution in relation to the provision of finance to various borrowers and taking security over properties to include hotels, agricultural properties and commercial offices.
• Acted for the purchaser of The Showgrounds Shopping Centre in Clonmel, County Tipperary on the purchase of the asset and the subsequent occupational lease work relating to the shopping centre.
