Daniela is a Senior Paralegal in our Construction and Engineering team, based in Dubai. Daniela has extensive experience assisting with arbitrations and other dispute resolution proceedings in both the energy and transportation sectors and involving major infrastructure project across the Middle East.

Prior to joining Addleshaw Goddard, Daniela has worked for a major state-owned oil company and a major US law firm in Abu Dhabi.

Recent experience includes:

• Assisted on a multi-billion dollar ICC arbitration relating to a government backed entity on a major transport infrastructure project in Qatar.
• Assisted on a multi-million dollar claim for unlawful termination with regard to the construction of a power plant in Saudi Arabia.
• Assisted on multi-million dirham final account claims for sub-contract works in relation to two hotel and residential towers in Dubai.
• Assisted on a multi-million dirham claim for sub-contract works and final account in relation to a commercial and residential tower in Dubai.
