Miriam is an associate in our London Corporate Finance team. She advises on corporate matters in a range of sectors including technology, media, real estate and food and drink. Her experience to date has been focused on private domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, shareholders' agreements and articles of association.

• Assisting the sole shareholder in relation to an investment in his brand owning company by a major international alcohol brand owner and producer.
• Assisting Terra Firma’s Principal Capital Group on its acquisition of Richborough Estates along with Partners Group.
