Jasem Alanizy focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions. He has represented corporate clients, private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds and venture capital investors in connection with acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and investments in various sectors.

Prior to joining Addleshaw Goddard, Jasem was a senior associate in the Dubai office of a US firm. He trained and practiced in the London office of a major international law firm.
