• Led the team advising Cabinet Office on the procurement of a new outsourced pensions administration service for the Civil Service Pension Scheme (CSPS), the third largest pension scheme in the UK. This is a major Government procurement project at the heart of Government (classified as a 'Gold' tier contract) and subject to scrutiny by the Infrastructure and Projects Authority (IPA)
• Led the team advising a British based international provider of home credit and digital loans on its digital transformation and migration to the cloud (private cloud based infrastructure service with Fujitsu, AWS and VMware
• Advising the Crown Commercial Service on establishing the Cloud Compute framework – enabling UK Government bodies to buy public cloud capacity and related services from the big cloud hyperscalers.
• Advising on a complex technology project in respect of national security/counter terrorism
• Advising the Royal Mail Group on the procurement of a replacement e-commerce shop platform solution
• Advising a state-owned economic development bank on its procurement and migration to a replacement technology platform to administer loan finance to smaller businesses
• Advising a UK insurer on its transition to a SaaS solution for its commercial insurance lines
