Anne-Marie has experience in working on a broad range of commercial matters and has spent 18 months on secondment to a large sportswear retailer. During this time she has worked on a number of commercial matters including large scale outsourcing contracts, supply of goods and services agreements and Government framework agreements.

- Advising the Government and preparing change authorisation notes for 9 Government departments to extend their framework and call-off agreements with a digital technology service provider;
- Drafting and negotiating supplier agreements for a large supermarket retailer and working closely with Procurement stakeholders to explain the key terms of contracts entered into and any key risks to ensure effective implementation amongst the business;
- Supporting franchisees of a hotel portfolio by reporting on standard terms and preparing variations and extension agreements as well as negotiating and drafting franchise agreements;
- Working with a recruitment company in reviewing updating and modernising their terms and conditions for the supply of goods and services. This involved understanding standard precedents but also the frequency of use and the manner in which the client contracts;
- Providing red flag reports for a multinational coffee company on agreements where their own precedents cannot be used and subsequently working with the client identify ways to mitigate such risks; and
- Continuing to support a client following secondment, as an extension of their in-house team.
