Sabina is Counsel in the Banking & Finance team based in the Firm's Dubai office. Sabina joined Addleshaw Goddard in September 2023 from the Baker McKenzie Dubai office.

Sabina has extensive experience practising in the areas of corporate and acquisition finance (acting for both sponsors, financial institutions, and alternative credit providers), leveraged and structured finance, ECA financings, financial institution lending, real estate finance, syndicated lending, project finance, and corporate restructuring across the GCC, APAC, Europe and North America.

Sabina has delivered a large number of complex cross-border syndicated, leveraged, emerging markets and general corporate finance transactions for funds, private equity houses, large corporates and GCC, APAC and European financial institutions.

Sabina also has experience operating within the nascent onshore UAE bankruptcy and restructuring framework and was seconded as sole specialist senior legal counsel to Standard Chartered Bank with sole responsibility for the MEA region and Pakistan.
