Anastasia is an Associate in the Commercial team in Manchester who joined the firm in 2023, having trained in-house at a Russell Group University contract team.

Anastasia is experienced in drafting and negotiating a wide range of contractual documents, including commercial contracts for the supply and provision of goods and services and providing advice to clients across a variety of sectors. Anastasia also has a keen interest in non-contentious intellectual property work.

Anastasia also provides commercial corporate support in M&A matters, including conducting commercial, intellectual property and information technology legal due diligence.
