At Addleshaw Goddard, Jennifer works for banks and building societies and other lenders across our retail financial services client base and is a specialist in regulated mortgage lending and mortgage regulation. 

Jennifer has extensive practical experience in the mortgage market. Prior to joining Addleshaw Goddard, Jennifer spent 8 years in the in-house legal team for a large building society, where she advised on a wide range of retail financial services regulatory and compliance issues. 

Her experience includes: 

• Regularly drafting and reviewing template mortgage documentation for compliance with unfair contract terms legislation, business efficacy and regulatory compliance. 
• Supporting firms with large implementation projects, advising on regulatory changes and new requirements and providing legal sign off on requirements and documentation.
