Madeleine is an associate in the commercial team. Madeleine focusses on work with financial services and transport clients, with significant tech and IT experience, as well as commercial contracts experience.
Madeleine has completed two client secondments, to British Airways as a trainee and to HSBC as a commercial associate.
Recent experience includes:
- a 10 month secondment to a project at HSBC, advising on the launch of a new tech product;
- advising a large tobacco company on the launch of a new IT platform in Asia;
- advising a large household name retailer on their supplier SaaS agreements;
- advising a large port on its cargo transporting services and producing precedent documents to support the services.
