Tom is an Associate in our Manchester Commercial team, previously having trained with the firm during which he was seconded to a FTSE 100 FMCG client.
His experience includes drafting and negotiating a range of contracts as well as advising on a spectrum of other commercial matters, for example, relating to intellectual property, marketing and sponsorship, consumer law, and sustainability.
