• Acting for a leading global financial institution in relation to a development financing provided to an Irish SPV for the purpose of developing more than 560 apartments in Dublin 
• Acting for a cross-border financial institution on its various real estate financings in Ireland 
• Advising a major Irish bank in connection with its financing of the acquisition of numerous hotels in Ireland
• Acting as local counsel for an Irish headquartered renewable energy company on various financings in connection with its solar and wind assets in South Africa and South America.
