Jessica is an Associate within the Employment Group, based in our Manchester office. Jessica trained and qualified with Addleshaw Goddard in March 2023, having undertaken seats in Corporate, Real Estate, Employment and Commercial Litigation.
- Experience
Jessica has experience in dealing with both contentious and non-contentious matters, particularly in the following areas:
- Assisting on Employment Tribunal claims relating to unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing.
- Conducting due diligence exercises for Addleshaw Goddard's corporate team and advising both buyer and seller clients on corporate transactions.
- Advising on business protection matters, including enforcement of restrictive covenants and confidentiality provisions.
- Reviewing and drafting contracts of employment and service agreements for senior employees.
- Advising on exits of senior executives and settlement negotiations.
