Adina's trained and qualified in another international law firm where she focused on capital markets (both equity and debt). Adina represented a diverse range of clients including Canadian financial institutions (D-SIBs) and corporate entities, in their capacity as either issuers or syndicate leads. Her expertise lies in handling a wide spectrum of cross-border transactional and regulatory matters, including renewals of legislative covered bonds and EMTN programmes, initial public offerings, reverse takeover and, private and public securities offerings.
