Dovid advises banks, brokers, insurers, asset managers and corporate buy-side entities in relation to derivatives, securities financing transactions and financial collateral arrangements. Dovid's experience includes:
Advising numerous hedging banks in respect of derivatives linked to underlying financial arrangements;
Negotiating derivatives and securities financing trading documentation (including ISDA Master Agreements, Global Master Repurchase Agreements and Global Master Securities Lending Agreements) on behalf of both sell-side and buy-side clients; and
Advising banks and borrowers in the update of derivatives to new post-LIBOR reference rates.
