Bartosz is a Polish qualified lawyer (adwokat) with over 7 years of experience in real estate law advisory. He focuses on civil and administrative aspects of the real estate law and in the field of process of acquisition and sale of properties. He participated in various transactions concerning office buildings, warehouses and logistics centres, shopping centres, as well as PRS developments. Bartosz is experienced in preparation of transaction documentation, lease and tenancy agreements and drafting other contracts in the field of real estate law. Bartosz provides comprehensive advisory in the field of real estate transactions and have participate in numerous construction-related projects.

• Syrena Real Estate: leading a transaction concerning the sale of a PRS building located in Warsaw to Xior Student Housing.
• Investika and Bud Holdings: advising on the €100m acquisition of the P180 office building in Warsaw from Skanska.
• Stena Real Estate: advising on the €86m acquisition of Studio B office building in Warsaw from Skanska.
• W. P. Carey: advising on the acquisition, in a sale and leaseback formula, of 123 Żabka retail stores in Poland's high-traffic urban areas. Żabka is a leading convenience store chain in Poland.
• Nrep: advising on the acquisition of an 80% stake in 7R, one of Poland’s largest logistics developers. Nrep invested approximately €200m into the company.
