Addleshaw Goddard advises founders of Highvern on investment by Telemos Capital and merger with Permian

Addleshaw Goddard has advised Martin Hall and Naomi Rive, the founders of Highvern, the private wealth, fund and corporate administration services business, on a strategic investment by Telemos Capital and the firm's merger with Permian, a leading fund services provider based in Norway.

The deal, which exchanged in January and has now completed, brings together two high-performing, founder-led businesses to form a new international fund and private capital services platform. The combined group will offer enhanced services across private capital, fund administration, and fiduciary management from key financial centres including Jersey, Norway, Ireland, the UK, and the US.

Mark Hallam Partner and Head of Financial Services M&A at Addleshaw Goddard said:

Addleshaw Goddard’s advisory team was led by Mark Hallam, with support from David Parker, Edward Ainscoe, Nicholas Clarke and Guan Xian Loh.

The transaction marks another significant milestone in Addleshaw Goddard’s track record of advising on high-value and strategically important transactions in the trust, fund and corporate services space.
