We are delighted to confirm that in the first session we will be discussing the overview of the UK Regulatory Framework including the SMCR and financial promotions regimes.

Event overview

Our annual Regulatory Essentials Training Programme sessions discuss key regulatory issues in financial services, and are ideal for new joiners. The sessions are also a good opportunity for others in legal, compliance and business functions to refresh and update their regulatory knowledge and practice.

The programme will run over 10 lunchtime 90-minute sessions throughout the year and will focus on the regulation of products that we deal with in each sector together with the relevant regulatory priorities.

Registration details will be sent out prior to each session, so if you are registered to attend we ask that you make every effort to participate in each session. Once you register we will send you the joining instructions.
