Ross is a Managing Associate in our Infrastructure and Projects team. Ross has advised on a range of substantive matters in relation to transport and infrastructure. Ross' key experience includes advising:

  • The Department for Transport (DfT) on the procurement of a Franchisee for its West Coast franchise. Ross was involved throughout the procurement process, from design of contract to negotiating with bidder, organising completion and mobilisation of the franchise;
  • The DfT on all elements of its in-life contract management legal work – Ross is a key part of the AG team which developed an offering for the DfT whereby AG provide legal advice for the DfT on the administration of all of its contracts with train operators.
