Having trained and qualified with Addleshaw Goddard, Amelia is now an Associate within the construction team and specialises in all aspects of non-contentious construction work. Amelia's experience includes:
- acting on large-scale commercial and residential regeneration and development projects for a variety of clients;
- drafting and negotiating Appointments, Warranties, Novations, ancillary agreements and security documents in a variety of sectors including retail, commercial, office, industrial, public, hotel/leisure and residential;
- working for developers, institutional investors, purchasers, tenants, banks, contractors and public sector bodies.
