  • Having trained and qualified with Addleshaw Goddard, Amelia is now an Associate within the construction team and specialises in all aspects of non-contentious construction work. 
  • Amelia has experience acting on large-scale commercial and residential regeneration and development projects for a variety of clients, including Muse Developments, Columbia Threadneedle and Aberdeen Standard Investments.
  • Amelia's experience includes drafting and negotiating Appointments, Warranties, Novations, ancilliary agreements and security documents in a variety of sectors including retail, commercial, office, industrial, public, hotel/leisure and residential. 
  • Amelia has been involved in work for developers, institutional investors, purchasers, tenants, banks, contractors and public sector bodies. Amelia has also carried out due diligence work on large property acquisitions and provided construction advice to other teams in the firm such as corporate, banking and real estate.
