Work highlights*

• Advising Investika and Bud Holdings on financing of the acquisition of a logistics portfolio in Poland from 7R for over €150m. This acquisition marks the largest logistics transaction completed in Poland in 2024 and the second largest in Central Europe.Advising Griffin Capital Partners, the largest privately-owned investment and asset manager in private equity and real estate in CEE, on the financing aspects of the €155m refinancing of the European Logistics Investment portfolio of 11 logistics parks in nine locations across Poland, from the consortium of pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank and Helaba Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen
• Advising a client on the financing of a structure for acquiring receivables in the Polish market.
• Advising LeadCrest Capital Partners on the financing aspects of the acquisition, in a sale and leaseback formula, of a 9,500 sqm light industrial and logistics facility located in Czosnów, from KGL S.A.
• Advising PESA Bydgoszcz S.A. on the credit facility the company received from a syndicate of banks, with PKO BP S.A. as its agent
